Our personalized birth plans are tailored to your individual needs and preferences. Through video or phone consultations, we work together to create a comprehensive plan that aligns with your birthing goals and desires.
Birth reflection
Safe Postpartum Plan/Checklist
A Birth Reflection Session is a compassionate, judgment-free space where you can share your birth story, process your experience, and feel truly heard. Whether your birth went exactly as planned or brought unexpected challenges, this virtual session allows you to explore your feelings, ask questions, and gain clarity and closure. Together, we’ll honor your journey, celebrate your strength, and identify any support you may need moving forward. After our session, I will create a beautifully written summary of your birth story and provide it to you in a keepsake PDF to cherish and revisit whenever you wish.
We provide a safe postpartum plan and checklist to ensure that you and your baby receive the necessary care and support after the birth. Our guidance encompasses physical recovery, emotional well-being, and newborn care, offering you peace of mind during this transition.
Birth Doula Services
Our birth doula services are delivered through video chat, phone calls, or text to offer continuous support during labor and birth. With our presence, advocacy, and comfort measures, we strive to enhance your birthing experience and facilitate a positive and empowering journey into motherhood.In-person support may also be available depending on your location (please reach out for details and pricing).
